How does cancellation work?

How much money will be refunded, if I cancel the order

You can cancel the order prior to your booking date. We will issue the refund immediately as per below and it will appear to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

If cancellation made	Refund
Before 72hrs(3 days) of the order	100%
Within 72-48hrs(2-3days) of the order	75%
Within 48-24hrs(1-2days) of the order	50%
Before 24hrs(1 day) of the order	0%

Refund Policy

If the Customer leaves the Kisanery before they complete their service period, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.

Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the Kisanery to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
