How do I find machines?
Please go to the Filter Search label on the top right corner on laptop or navigate to trigram(☰) symbol on mobile.
Alternatively, for general search you can use the search bar at the top.
What payment methods are accepted online?
We allow mainly three different types of payment to book the machines:
Credit/Debit Card
Cash On Delivery
Paypal Express Checkout
Can I cancel my online order?
Yes, you can cancel the order prior to your booking date. We will issue the refund as per the below:

| Before 72hrs(3 days) of the order | 100% |
| Within 72-48hrs(2-3days) of the order | 75% |
| Within 48-24hrs(1-2days) of the order | 50% |
| Before 24hrs(1 day) of the order | 0% |
How does delivery work?
On the day of delivery, one of our representative will call you to confirm the location. Please mention any specfic requirement if you have related to your booking. If you have booked a machine that requires a driver then we will deliver the machine, complete the job and the machine will be returned to the depot. If you have rented an equipment,, then you have to come to the center to collect the equipment.
How do I make a complaint?
